Most clients require 6–8 sessions spaced six to eight weeks apart, depending on hair density, growth cycle, and skin type. Some may need fewer or additional maintenance treatments for optimal, long-term results.

Discomfort is typically mild—a sensation like rubber band snaps or warmth. We use cooling and adjustable settings to minimize pain. Topical numbing is available for sensitive clients, making sessions tolerable for most individuals.

Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment and avoid waxing, plucking, or bleaching for at least six weeks. Stay out of prolonged sun exposure and inform us about medications or recent tanning.

Typical sessions last 30–60 minutes depending on hair density and coverage. Plan for 45–75 minutes for your first visit to include consultation, numbing, and post-treatment instructions.

Common side effects are mild redness, swelling, or temporary follicular changes that resolve in days. Rare complications include blistering or pigment changes; proper pre- and post-care and experienced providers reduce risks.

Many skin tones are treatable with appropriate lasers—Nd:YAG for darker skin, alexandrite or diode for lighter tones. Lighter blonde, gray, or red hairs are more challenging; a consultation will determine the best approach.
